Michael must hold the team together after they are betrayed by Self. T-Bag gets a new partner who blackmails Gretchen into finding a buyer for Scylla. Self makes the feds think that Lincoln killed him and the feds go after the team.
It looks like Don Self is just a lying low-life after all and not someone working with The Company. With Scylla in his possession, he starts looking for the highest bidder but will have Michael, Gretchen, and The Company themselves after him. In the preview for Monday night’s episode, Don brags that he’s smarter than Michael but that’s just a little bit difficult to believe. It’s possible that because Don has gone AWOL, Michael has no choice but to team up with Gretchen in order to try to retrieve it.
In a scene from next week’s episode, Michael heads to a public place to meet with Gretchen. He positions Mahone, Sucre, Lincoln, and Sara around him with walkie talkies so that they can keep an eye out for her and communicate with each other quickly. As an ambulance pulls up, with black SUVs in tow, Michael realizes that he’s been set up and the feds are here to arrest (or shoot) him. He takes off running and just as the agents are about to close in on him, Lincoln jumps in and starts a brawl. Michael stands helplessly for a minute as he watches his brother be taken away in handcuffs.
Oh and by the way, if you ever happen to piss T-Bag off, you better make sure that you’re alone in this world because he’ll stop at nothing to get revenge. On Monday night’s episode, he’ll take Gretchen’s sister and daughter hostage and if I know Gretchen, she is going to go absolutely ballistic when she finds out. I don't know I'm more scared for. Casey gets a shock of his own when he finds out that his sensei Ty Bennett (guest star Carl Lumbly), who taught him everything he knows, is now one of the most wanted rogue agents. While on the search for Bennett, it becomes clear that Casey may be too emotionally involved to continue with the mission. Meanwhile, Awesome’s parents Honey (guest star Morgan Fairchild) and Woody (guest star Bruce Boxleitner) make a surprise visit to help Ellie and Awesome plan their wedding.
